Begin each day in prayer Biblical Order of prayer

Pray first for the leaders of this country and in the body of Christ- the whole body not just your church.

Prayer for believers (1 see footnote below):

Father, I confess today that my brothers and sisters in the body of Christ are the head and not the tail, that they are above only and not beneath, that they have favor with God and man.

I confess that their marriages are getting stronger and stronger, their personal and family relationships

are being strengthened and enriched day by day. I confess that all their needs are met by Your

riches in glory by Christ Jesus!

Prayer for yourself:

*by confessing the word of God upon ourselves**

“I am blessed going in and I am blessed going out, Because I give it shall be given unto me, I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. No weapon formed against me shall prosper and every

Tongue that rises up against me I condemn in Jesus name”

Bible study Updates

By: Hanna

Link = Hebrew

God gives us opportunities to prepare ourselves with tools that help us communicate and open the door to conversation in order to reach out to His children everywhere.  One of those tools is learning Hebrew words.  We will learn new Hebrew word(s) each week with its meaning and a scripture reference.

In Zephaniah 3:9, it says “For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.”

The Living Bible translation reads, “At that time I will change the speech of my returning people to pure Hebrew so that all can worship the Lord together.”

Shalom - peace

It is a greeting used for hello and goodbye.

Matthew 10:12-13, “And when ye come into a house, salute (greet) it. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

It is good to wish peace upon entering our homes, vehicles, schools, workplaces, etc., bringing the kingdom of peace with us.

Yeshua - Jesus

Ma shee ack - Messiah (anointed)

Matthew 1:1, “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.”

Da 9:25, “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks…”

Tsoor - Rock

Tsoori - my Rock

Ata Tsoori – You are my Rock.

1 Corinthians 10:4, “And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.”

Shama - hear

Yisrael - Israel

Adonay - Lord

Elohanu – our God

Eloheem – God

Ekhad – one

Shama Yisrael: Adonay Elohanu, Adonay eckad.

Deuteronomy 6:4,5, “Hear O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.”

Ru-ach – Spirit, wind, breath, life

Ka’dosh – Holy

Genesis 1:2  Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters
